We seriously think people just need to go to more weddings. More weddings like Amanda and Charlie’s at The LINE in DC. Weddings where we get to be reminded that people are capable of so much love and joy. What an incredible opportunity to be reminded that the best things in life come with sacrifice. So here’s what joy looks like when two people lay down their lives for one another in a lifelong commitment to love each other no matter what happens. It’s joyful. It’s inspiring.

The LINE provided an incredible modern and sleek backdrop for this elegant fall DC wedding. Despite the rain putting a damper on plans to have the ceremony on the rooftop it was unable to put a stop to anything else. The ceremony was quickly moved to the beautiful indoor setting that provided an intimate feel, enhanced by the magical work by floral team, Darling & Daughters. The reception and party that ensued was so full of life and energy up until the final moment as the confetti cannon blasted through the last dance.
