First, inquire with us and fill out the form on our Contact page. This is our chance to learn about what’s important to you, confirm our availability, and get everything we need to setup our first call together!

Book a call

As soon as we confirm our availability we’ll share times to setup a call and connect. We believe in getting to know every couple so that we can understand what's important to you and photograph you as authentically as possible. We are so excited to share with you the passion we have for this work. We can’t wait to see your shoulders drop when you hear about how you will actually get to enjoy your wedding day.

Reserve your date

We’ll create a set of custom wedding packages, perfectly tailored to the needs of your day. From there we'll send you a proposal with our contract and a 50% retainer invoice so you can secure your spot on our calendar as one of our limited wedding couples.

Plan for a wedding you can truly enjoy

We'll work with you to define the experience you want to have on the wedding day and help craft a photography timeline and portrait plan that reflects how you want the day to feel. Whether it’s getting maximum time with your guests or plenty of space for quiet moments, we’ve got you! We’ll also connect with your wedding planner so vendor communication is a breeze.

Marry your best friend!

Let the magic happen! We’ll show up to document your wedding day and truly let you be present. We’ll celebrate alongside you and your guests as we take photos of the big moments and the little moments.

After the wedding day we’ll edit every single image with our special touch so that your photos feel nostalgic and timeless. Once we deliver the digital images we’ll help you to create tangible heirlooms with our custom albums, prints and wall art so that you can enjoy these memories for generations to come in your home.

  • WHO WILL PHOTOGRAPH MY WEDDING?

    Our small team of documentary photographers are led by Steve, Bernadette, and Victoria. We’ll pair you with the best fit to lead your wedding based on our availability. All three of us bring the same candid and documentary approach to make sure you feel relaxed and stress-free on the wedding day, looking natural, and capturing authentic moments. We each take on a very limited number of weddings so that we can give each couple the maximum time and experience.

  • ARE THERE TRAVEL FEES?

    Because we are a DC Wedding Photography studio, anything in the greater DC area is included with no extra cost. That covers everything from DC to Baltimore, Northern Virginia, Charlottesville, Annapolis, The Eastern Shore and Southern Maryland. If you want us to go beyond that let us know and we’ll send a custom travel budget, built into your wedding packages.

  • HOW MANY PHOTOS DO YOU DELIVER?

    We focus more energy on capturing the right photos vs the most photos. We typically will deliver 500+ wedding photos as part of our full-day wedding packages.

  • CAN I SEE A FULL WEDDING GALLERY?

    Your wedding deserves the absolute best quality and attention to detail for our editing process.

    We deliver wedding photos in 6-8 weeks.
